The stunning sea view was absolutely the highlight! Our comfortable room had plenty of space, and the delicious breakfast was freshly cooked. Only downside was the walk to the town center, which took a bit longer than expected. 🌅

This is a hotel go-to for Rothesay! The venue is lovely old and nestled in a lovely building. The stuff are superfriendly and the location is beautiful directly across the road from the bay. Furthermore, it's not far from the beautiful island of Bute, Mount Stuart, and the shops. The views from my window were fine, and the breakfasts were a highlight with tons of delicious options. The place was super clean and had a cozy feel. The super nice team with local tips. Totally recommend it 🌊

Every detail of this charming old and excellent property was spotless. The rooms were impeccably clean and huge and with a good view as well as fabulous facilities. The breakfast was splendid and excellent, the location was magnificent. Enjoyed the location on the waterfront.

Comfort of the bed was unmatched. Our host, Christine, ensured we had everything for a pleasant stay, from good snacks to a perfectly cooked breakfast. The location was a bit remote for dining options, but the peace made up for it.

The location was stunning, for example, Rothesay Bay was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. And it was also near the beautiful island of Bute, the shops and sea and island.

The distance to the town center is about a 15-20 minute walk, which can be a drag for anyone who's not up for it, and there were a few minor maintenance issues reported, like curtains needing repairs or bulbs being out. At times, there might be a bit of noise filtering in from nearby gardens or other guests, which can disrupt your peace if you're trying to relax.
